1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use Alongo.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service - including uploading unlawful content, harassing other users, attempting to access data you are not authorized to, or disrupting the service.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the trip content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content to your trip members in order to operate the service.

5. Subscriptions

Alongo offers a free tier and optional paid plans. Paid features and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

6. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may modify or discontinue features over time.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
