Account Deletion Policy

At Alongo, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In compliance with Google Play Data Safety standards, we provide a mechanism for you to request the deletion of your account and associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

• In-App: Navigate to Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account within the Alongo mobile application.
• Web Portal: Log in to your dashboard using the link below, and click the "Delete Account" button.

What Data is Deleted?

When you confirm account deletion, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your user profile (username, email, avatar).
• Authentication credentials.
• Personal preferences and settings.

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for a limited period solely for:

• Legal compliance and fraud prevention.
• aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot be linked back to you.

Once the deletion process is complete, this action is irreversible.
